The certificate is offered by a well-known organization - AXELOS, focused on developing, administration and expanding best practices of ITIL profile.
Step 1: Complete the ITIL 4 certification training.
Step 2: Take the ITIL 4 Foundation certification test.
Step 3: Score at least 26 correct answers out of 40 questions in 1 hour.
You will receive the exam result 10-15 days after taking the test.
